Be based on a real experience with the vendor
Reflect the service that was actually provided
Be honest and relevant to the vendor’s work
Reviews may be removed if they:
Are not based on a real customer experience
Contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language
Include personal data (such as phone numbers, email addresses, or full names)
Promote another business or contain advertising content
Are duplicated or submitted multiple times
Are unrelated to the service provided
Do not relate to services that took place in the current year or the two years prior
Moderation decisions are based on policy compliance.
Vendor responsibilities
Vendors should:
Respond to reviews in a professional and respectful way
Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information in responses
Follow the platform’s guidelines when interacting with reviewers
