When a review is reported, it passes to our team's control to review that both the review and the report are valid and meet the requirements for publication. Depending on the reason for the report, a review process will be opened through which documentation will be requested from the couples to verify if there has been a contractual agreement between both parties.
Once the couple provides us with this information, it will be carefully reviewed and a final decision will be made: publish the review or discard it if it does not meet the established criteria. If there is no information from the couple, the review will be discarded.
